You may seek the aid of the many services available to help those diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome to learn social functioning, including: social skill groups speech and language therapy occupational therapy special education services These skills may be learned but know the brain is hard-wired differently than that of a neurotypical. That is why consistent training and practice is very important.
